Can I change my order? (I made a mistake while checking out!)

Hey, it happens! You have until 5pm CST on the day you order to email us with any changes that need to be made. We batch orders at the end of every night, and then they go to press! We want to get your books to you as quickly as possible, therefore we cannot extend this time or make any exceptions.

My order is incorrect!

Oh no!! We want your order to be perfect! If the printed mistake was due to a May Books error, we will send you another book on the house! Please email us your order number and exactly what is wrong with the book and we will make it right! Kindly allow us 7-10 business days for reprints to ship.

If the mistake was due to an error you made at check out (misspelled name, reversed monogram order) unfortunately we cannot return these items, since they were custom designed and printed per your request.

Can I cancel my order?

You have until 5pm CST on the day you order to cancel your order. Orders placed after 5pm CST will be batched the following day. Once the order is batched and sent to the printer, we cannot stop it from the rest of the production process. Thank you for understanding.
